Shana Veale

In 2001, I graduated with my Masters in Accountancy from New Mexico State University. My career began in public accounting at Arthur Andersen as an auditor, moving to tax preparation for a few years, then right back to auditing. I earned my CPA license in 2009.

My husband and I moved to Texas in 2011. I like to tell people that I may be from a small town in New Mexico, but a Texan raised me, so I got here as soon as I could.

My time in public accounting came to an end in 2014 when I took the role of controller at the National Cutting Horse Association (NCHA). I remained there until becoming the controller for PharmChem in 2017, eventually transitioning to the CFO role in 2021.

Today, I'm so proud to be part of such a great company where our customers are truly valued!
