Kerri Wagner

I began my professional career in 1992 as a police officer for two municipalities in the state of South Dakota. In 2004, I became a parole agent for the South Dakota Division of Parole Services, where I supervised and monitored adult clients on parole. In 2006, I was appointed to oversee the division’s 24/7 Sobriety Program, where the PharmChek® Sweat Patch is an integral testing method.

In 2011, while maintaining my role with the South Dakota Department of Corrections, I began consulting for PharmChem, focusing on sales, customer service, marketing, and training. In 2013, I was promoted to Senior Parole Agent as an Evidence-Based Practice Specialist for the division, tasked with advancing strategic, evidence-based programs to improve client outcomes and ensure public safety. I maintained this role until I retired from law enforcement in 2015 and joined PharmChem full-time as president of the PharmChek® Sweat Patch Division. In 2021, I was appointed CEO of PharmChem, and in 2022 I moved into the role of CRO, overseeing sales marketing, and customer service.

I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree from South Dakota State University, 1992, and pursued my post-graduate master’s coursework in Criminal Justice and Public Policy at the University of Cincinnati, 2013–2015.

My husband and I have three grown children, and I enjoy cooking, gardening, music, and traveling in my spare time.
