Kerri Wagner

I have been with PharmChem since 2010, beginning as a part-time consultant and now serving as Chief Revenue Officer. In addition to managing the company’s employees, I oversee daily operations, sales, account management, and customer service, with a focus on accelerating revenue growth, scaling operational performance, and aligning teams to advance our mission of delivering accountability-based drug testing to the criminal justice system.

My career began in 1992 as a police officer in South Dakota. In 2004, I joined the Department of Corrections Division of Parole Services as a Parole Agent, supervising male and female adult parolees reentering the community. Two years later, I was appointed to lead the Division’s 24/7 Sobriety Program, a nationally recognized initiative that incorporates the PharmChek® Sweat Patch as a core drug testing method.

In 2013, I was promoted to Senior Agent and Evidence-Based Practice Specialist, where I oversaw the implementation of strategic, data-driven programs to improve parolee outcomes and strengthened public safety. I retired from law enforcement in 2015 and joined PharmChem full time as President of the PharmChek® Sweat Patch Division, later serving as CEO before transitioning to my current role in 2022.

I hold a Bachelor of Science from South Dakota State University and completed post-graduate studies in Criminal Justice and Public Policy at the University of Cincinnati. My husband and I have three grown children and a grand baby who brings us endless joy. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, gardening, music, traveling, and playing golf.
