Matthew Hartley

I'm originally from Bay City, Michigan, but now reside in the great state of Texas. For nearly 30 years, I have worked in various high-level customer service positions.

In 2001, I began my work in the drug testing industry with PharmChem, as a senior account manager for the company's then Texas-based laboratory. Today, my role is the same—providing exceptional customer service to our customers and helping them achieve wins for better client outcomes. I am passionate about the relationships I build, the work I perform, and its role in ending drug abuse in communities across the country.
