All PharmChek® Sweat Patches must be sent to our preferred laboratory for analysis. The PharmChek® Sweat Patch is tested exclusively by an approved and certified PharmChek laboratory.

What the PharmChek® Sweat Patch Detects

PharmChek® functions as a storage device where drugs are retained on the absorbent pad for detection at the laboratory.

Sweat analysis allows the laboratory to identify both the parent drug and metabolite. With urine, the laboratory usually identifies only drug metabolites to determine if drug use occurred.
