Murray Brooks

I am thrilled to be a member of the PharmChem business development team where I work with partners and agencies training staff and executives on the nuances of our PharmChek® product and ensuring the desired outcomes are achieved.

Prior to coming to PharmChem, Inc., I was with SCRAM Systems for 15 years as the Senior Account Manager for the Southeastern district of the US. My responsibilities included account management and program development for SCRAM Service Providers and agencies throughout the region.

My background includes 24 years with Florida Department of Corrections, ultimately serving as Bureau Chief in the office of Community Programs where I oversaw statewide policy development in the substance abuse and electronic monitoring programs.

I am a Florida native, a graduate of Florida State University, and a Certified Public Manager. I am a lifetime member of the Florida Council on Crime and Delinquency, a member of the American Probation and Parole Association, and I have presented training on electronic monitoring and substance abuse topics at several national institutes.
