Probation Department to Test With Drug Patches

The Midland County Adult Probation Department has acquired a few new technological advances that will make it easier to track the intake of drugs and alcohol of those on probation.
Authorities have begun experimenting with a drug patch that will be worn by probationers for up to two weeks instead of having people come into the office to provide a urine sample.
