Sweat Patch plays role in C.J. Spillman's sexual assault trial

Court documents show that Spillman violated his bond conditions three consecutive times from July 24 to Sept. 2 when a drug patch he wore yielded a positive test for cocaine. A subsequent weekly test last September "was negative for all substances."
